It was a great stay, nice place. Everything was wonderful, the parking was onsite. The room was amazingly comfortable and relaxing. The bar had a variety of superb meals for breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed the magnificent location. Absolutely amazing staff.

The room here was nicely decorated with a queen bed and sofa, which I really enjoyed, and the staff knew their stuff and were very helpful.

The location is good. The pool is excellent! The overall hotel experience at this hotel was excellent.
The staff did not inform me when checking in that there was only 1 complimentary breakfast per room! I was appalled I got a bill for $12.50 for cold eggs, no bacon, cold sausage and potatoes! The staff also did not inform me upon check in where I was to go to get to the elevator. I had to go back in to get information on that as well as parking. Very unprofessional!

Our experience at Crowne Plaza Greenville was fantastic. The hotel is wonderful and situated in a nice area, close to the main tower, various restaurants, and the mall on Haywood Road. The staff was empathetic, and the location is magnificent and unbeatable.
